Phone consultation review.

As you may have read on my website I also offer phone consultations. This is a service I provide in order to help athletes that do not want a full time coach. I speak with athletes for anything up to an hour and provide answers to their questions and I explain how to best train for a race event in the future.

It is proving very popular and I really enjoy the interactions with various athletes of different abilities. Below is a review I recently received from an athlete who I spent an hour with explaining how to break the sub 4 for the marathon.
